OSM data failed to download

Trying to create a site plan, however every time I run coordinates I get the message that gismo can't download osm data. Any advice?

@stgeorges I'm using rhino 7, I was able to figure it out. somebody else had the same issue. It is just the firewall blocking rhino from communicating with the internet. just had to go to my firewall settings and allowed Rhino trough the firewall. Thank you.

@stgeorges This is another app, in your screen you should see Rhino (X)
Right click Properties Select Allow
