frontend: add support for ALOG, ALOG10 and IDInt intrinsics. Specify FLOAT as available on GPU.

The aforementioned intrinsics are "archaic" (according to the gnu webpages) versions of LOG, LOG10 and INT.

Also, the FLOAT intrinsic is not currently listed as being available on GPU (L797 of psyir/nodes/intrinsic_call.py) but experience shows that it is supported (by NVIDIA).
