- Encode image to data:URL : Use content type from HTTP headers. - Don't require file to be saved to be able to encode fully qualified URLs.

Fix VortexViewReader not finding particle system sometimes.

The Vortex System wasn't found for some view combinations VortexViewReader { proxy in ZStack { ScrollView { ... } VortexView(.confetti) { .. } } } never seemed to work for...
