Hdmi and usb type-c ports problem

Hello, I'm using a Mac OS Mojave, and the type c ports only working for charging it don't work when I plug the dongle, it don't recognize the usb or the HDMI. And when I plug an HDMI cable to the HDMI port it turn the screen from the laptop black and I have to reboot in order to have image again. Any ideia? I have to put some files in the EFI folder of the boot drive? Thanks for you help and for your work

Hi, please read FAQ, you need reopen the lid after plugging HDMI.
