put .third_party/prebuilt/bin[/x64]/*.dll in electron-ffplay/
build
# get electron-ffplay source
cd electron-ffplay
# install dependencies
npm i
# build addon
npm run configure:ffplay
npm run build:ffplay
# run
npm run dev
