hLoaded flag setted to true when load a not exists js file in IE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. for example <script type="text/cjs" data-cjssrc="not_found.js"></script>


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Window 7

CJS.onloadCallback = function(url) {
    CJS.hLoaded[url] = true;
};

the above callback will be called when a not found js loading by IE .
