Please add &NoHangUpButton

It will be very useful to have a parameter like &nohangupbutton so avoiding by mistake pressing the button and disconnecting, when other buttons like mute, speaker, remain to appear. Thanks!!

&nohangupbutton (aka, &nohub) , has been added to vdo.ninja (hot patched).

This option hides the hang-up button, so it can't be accidentally clicked.

I'll update github once I get my current code branch stable enough for a beta release.
