Output stuttering if the tab is now active

Is this when using an &effects enabled? Which browser?

The Electron Capture app probably won't have a problem with this, fyi. Or if you add a command line flag to Chrome to disable throttling.

Yes with digital greenscreen, im using chrome

Did moving to electron capture fix this? As Steve put it, its most likely Chrome's background throttling doing its thing: https://blog.chromium.org/2020/11/tab-throttling-and-more-performance.html
