Android 11 phones; screen freezes; requires changing apps for a moment to unfreeze
also toggling stuff like camera selection UI video settings.
Selecting "max resolution", "smooth and cool" on that screen hangs the UI. Or any other toggle on that page for that matter. Sending chrome to the back and calling it back seems to fix it every time.
I'll spend more time on this issue if its not just pixel phones. Thank you

Hmm, found weird issue/bug if I do screen record the camera changes fine & if I stop the screen recording I can't change camera without phone freezing. This is on the Note 20 Ultra Android 11
what app are you using to do the screen recording with?
I do some advanced media-track changing magic with OBS.Ninja; really pushing the cutting edge here. I've been assuming this is all just a bug with Android 11 so far, but if it isn't fixed yet, I might need to put in some hacks to find away around the issue.

It was the built-in screen recording for Samsung devices, after I said that & went back to try it to show you it froze again & didn't change camera view 😅 guess it was a fluke, I've got a few iOS devices & Android devices if you need helping.
I'm not the only one having this issue; Android 11 with Chrome. Happens with even the most basic camera changing code. https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/92054311?hl=en
No solution after a couple hours of trying to fix it.
