Assign audio output channels per video in group chat

It would be amazing to assign audio output channels per video in a group chat - e.g. if I have joined a room with 3 other people, I would love to be able to assign person A to channels 3-4, person B to channel 5-6, person C to channels 7-8. This way I can send them through a virtual audio device like Loopback or Blackhole into an audio application to apply FX, change the mix, etc.

This already works great with channeloffset, but it requires opening several windows.

Perhaps could be implemented at the same time as #242 .

I might add a right-click menu for each video, with a set of specific options. I could also do this via the URL params, using a list, and that might be the easiest way to do it for now.

I added this features to the group room for directors; it still could use some work, but I'll wait for more feedback probably.
