[Feature-Request] Start minimized, Auto Activate Sources

Hi , I love this tool. This made my life so much easier.

I use version 0.1.33 App on Windows

My only requests are below;

First Request: I auto start this application now via shell:Startup. So it automatically starts. I would love to have the option to Minimize to tray on start.

Second request: Now I always have to manually click Activate source on both my Twitch and Youtube Chat, close those windows and minimize the screen to tray to start streaming. I would love to have a option to Auto Activate source on start.

Together both settings would make it a set and forget tool, but o so powerful.
