Icons do not close in system tray when shut down

Was changing configs so opening and closing the windows, look over at task bar and the system tray is filled with 30 icons for Social Stream

It is not getting rid of them as the windows are closed.

Expected that the individual system tray icons vanish when the window is closed.

Current behavior is as a new one opens and then closed, it does not go away until the main program is shut down.
