[Feature Request] Hide messages from !commands

If a chatter types a command, prevent it from being displayed in the dock/overlay. Also prevent from being spoken by TTS

What specific commands are you using? There's a couple toggles to hide certain types of commands, under global settings -> visibility

I have over 100 commands that start with an exclamation point ie: !lol !doit !roulette etc I'll give the above a test, thank you
