[Feature request] New page for moderated messages

We have a use case where a group of moderators pre-select chat messages for a host. It would be great if you could add a new page like moderated.html or favourites.html and the ability to send messages there using the dock.html context menu. << Send to favoutites >>

There is a pinned and a queued message option. alt+click I think to pin a message.

There is also a sync option and view-only option, to allow what's pinned in one dock to show in another dock, while not risking accidental featuring.

In such a setup, you can have moderators being able to view and pin their favourite messages, the the host would see the pinned messages (synced docks), and only the pinned message, and be able to select them from there for featuring.

Thank you Steve. It is a good solution for sure. However, there is one small drawback - 17 to 20 pinned messages will take up half of the Dock page. Being able to resize the pinned messages area and adding a separate scroll bar would help.

I've added the option to resize it; a scroll bar will appear automatically if needed as well now.
