How to accept all cookies from any website

Is it possible to accept any proposed cookies from any website? It is usually half a screen disclaimer with a button "Accept all cookies" vs something like "Setup cookies". Can web driver just click "Yes yes ok, give me cookies" to any kind of popup or i need to do it individually for each website?
