应用在iOS9上内存一直增加，不知道是这个API本身在内部对pixelBuffer不断去创建但最后没有释放，还是用法有什么不对。

在模拟器上老是crash

在模拟器中，用demo里面带的h264文件解码没问题，但是我用ffmpeg自己提取的其它视频的h264文件，解码时经常莫名在 VTDecompressionSessionDecodeFrame 内部遇到野指针导致奔溃，目前也完全定位不到问题根源，由于现在没真机测试，所以不知道是不是模拟器上面导致的bug。
