stop on mousr hover

Im trying to stop the function that stops the slider on mouse over.

I have changed tickethover to 'true' and css funtion to 'false'. I have also tried changing both to 'false' 'true' and 'false and 'true' but the slider still stops on mose hover.

Is there any way of making this work
