Sure. I know. But is it linked on README.md or what? Any possibility of further details? ;)
I want to download shortcuts on my mac with 10.15.1 macOS I find the link in tweeter profile of steventroughtonsmith https://twitter.com/stroughtonsmith/status/1181021346224058369

good luck with that. since the zip is not available, and the app is basically unbuildable by someone who doesn't know xcode really well, there's nothing for you to try out. this is a wip posted by @steventroughtonsmith that is great for those who are ultra-extra-extremely-skilled in xcode, know about profiles and whatnot, and are willing to take it to the next level so to speak.
not for mere mortals like you and me. i know it's sad, but hey, plenty of new cooler things to focus on.
when someone makes this work, or re-creates it on their own, let's hope and pray they make a version of it that is an .app that works :)
thanks you have been very helpful;)
Download was removed because it broke in a later version of Catalina, and only existed to prove a point anyway. The only way you're going to get a better-working app is if Apple builds it themselves — there's no point fixing this project up because it will never be the real thing, and will never do much more than serve as a simulation of what Shortcuts could look like on macOS.
