Use hfsutils instead of unavailable hfs_disk_maker_cli for packaging

Hi @steventroughtonsmith. Thanks for this great project. I explored alternatives to hfs_disk_maker_cli to streamline my workflow and came up with this open-source solution. Hope it's useful for other people!
