Data from Worldometers

I actually have a script to fetch latest numbers every 2 hours, but I had to turn it off temporarily yesterday due to breaking changes in the JHU dataset. For now I'm just manually updating. Hope things will be back to normal soon. I also added data from DXY for latest numbers, which I think are also updated frequently.
