Select Country Dropdown Should Display The Currently Selected Countries Flag

Currently, the dropdown menu just shows a generic SVG as the flag no matter what country is selected. It should show the currently selected countries flag instead. This is mostly just a small UI touchup to make things a little bit more polished.
