Translation of country and state names

@stevenliuyi good afternoon I noticed that you added translation hooks for the interface in other languages, but the names of countries, states and cities remain untranslated. Only when we select Chinese language will the data actually be translated into another language. Would you add this hook to take other languages ​​and translate too?
