The issue of keyboard hiding when manipulating headers

On iOS 17 and iOS 18 phones, clicking on Normal and selecting Header 1 or Header 2 will hide the keyboard. This issue does not occur on iOS 16 and below smartphones. Please help find a solution, thank you
