White Rectangle at the center of screen

The emulator shows a big white rectangle on the screen when used for Android Q. Note that when I change the Android Version to API 28, their is no such issue.

Emulator Configuration:

Pixel 3a XL API Q Android 10 x86 6.0 Inch 1080 * 2160

Steps followed as per this video.

Downgrading the emulator to Android 9 or 8 solved this problem for me.
