Areas you will work on:

• Paid Marketing: Optimize campaigns on Facebook and Adwords. Try out new platforms (affiliate programs, paid content marketing, etc.) and optimize them to increase awareness for Kenhub.
• E-Mail Strategy: Use customer.io to send targeted emails to our users. Experiment with the communication, optimize to better inform our users about the benefits of joining Kenhub Premium.
• Social Media Strategy: Get the most out of our existing fanbase on Facebook (300k), Twitter (>10k), Youtube (>100k) and Instagram. Grow it further. Try out new platforms.
• Bring in your own crazy ideas you want to test. Start small, measure and increase   what's successful.

Skills/Requirements:

• You have a data-driven approach. Organized and structured problem solving.
• You can write amazing copy in English (German optional)
• You can work independently and set your own goals
• Visual skills highly desirable (and if you can handle simple design tasks, like banner ads, even better, but not strictly required).
