Hi! You use function gammainc in your frequency test, but according to the NIST you must use "1 - gammainc"

Hi! The function gammainc is correct as the P-value is equivalent to P(a,x), which in turn is equivalent to just using gammainc. I think you are confusing P(a,x) with Q(a,x) as defined in section 5.5.3.
