Allow arguments to pass thru to age
I'm trying to use age-op as a drop-in age replacement for an external program (Chezmoi) that shells out to it. It uses long argument names and other arguments that aren't currently supported by age-op, so I experimented with allowing age-op to pass all parameters through to age except for the ones it uses itself.
I'm opening this mainly for discussion but I believe this is more useful than opening a regular issue since you can see what I'm proposing. If you like the approach, I'll clean up my commits and the documentation, add tests, and convert the PR from a draft.
for the record, I suspect #1 is a better long-term option, which I'd be very happy to help with, but this seems like a decent stop-gap since I suspect the former will be a fair bit more effort.
