Increase the actual presentation slide count to 10 and add an ending thank you slide

Hey @steveklabnik Am proposing some major changes. Let me know your thoughts!

• Right now the first title slide is also considered in the 10 slide count. So, actually its only 9 slides. We can remove the first slide from the count and added one more slide at the end. Making the actual code slides 10.
• Add a standard closing Thank You slide at the end (again not counted in the 10)
• Now the slide count at the bottom left respects the above changes and displays the number only on the actual slides.

Will do a pr if approved 🙂

I think a summary slide would be more useful than a thank-you slide.
