We should provide a block to that a list of tags (or other taxonomies) can be added to a post 
We should provide a Gutenberg Block for the Tag Cloud. Right now, it can be added as a widget, but options are limited: 
I wonder if there's a clearer way to show these? For example: "Equals (=)" "Does not equal (!=) "Greater than (>)" etc
