Not really sure what this means, but I ran into it at: /Users/username/.asdf/installs/ruby/2.6.5/lib/ruby/gems/2.6.0/gems/underscore-rails-1.8.3/vendor

Not sure how helpful this is to most people but running with sudo helped me get past this error

sudo asimov
