@JAWS-test refer to https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/1488#issuecomment-1106192927 which details why it is not an error message

@warriotox thanks the test cases are helpful. I am working with @ggordon-vispero to get a fix for this prioritized, will provide update ASAP.
