FEATURE: heroku app that creates a new Greased test from a template

This would be invoked from a tools menu in the status bar.

It can be written in any language supported by Heroku.

Needs to read a component bundle from github rename all the files using an http parameter oauth to SFDC deploy the bundle using meta-data or tooling api

This will make provisioning of new tests really quick and easy.
