It'd be nice to have ftp support like nvim oil-ftp://[email protected]:9999//file/path.txt

Provide background

My personal favorite way of transferring files between phone and laptop is FTP.

+1, this would be great for me as well. I often have to work on site over FTP. Also edit ftp:// doens't work for me with oil.nvim on. I have to disable it and restart nvim first. A workaround would also be great.
