Add support for Matlab / Octave

Provide background

I can't use anything but neovim, and I can't live without an auto formatter 😩

Just wanted to see anyone else had this same problem and / or easy to solve.

What is the significance of this feature?

does matlab already have a formatter? If so I could guide you through making a formatter module
