2022-07-19 was OK and booted to grub2 menu but later versions seem very buggy e.g. map /Ubuntu64.iso (0xff) chainloader (0xff) hangs - does not show grub2 menu - just hangs...

grub4efi: partnew command does not take effect

 The partnew command does actually work, but only after a reboot.

grub4efi: map --unmap command hangs

e.g. map --unmap=0:2 map --unmap=0   also 4:8 0 and 1 are OK, 2 and 3 hang 0x80, 0x81, 0x82 OK, 0xA0 hangs
