Ventoy can make an MBR usb disk, just use the options tab.

Did you try all switches as in F1 E.g ctrl-i ?

In ventoy menu system you can press F to see help menu. It lists special mode hotkeys. Maybe trying these before you select the iso will fix the usb issue.

Are you using 32-bit WIndows ISOs as your CPU is a 32-bit CPU and not 64-bit CPU?

Windows 7 does not support modern usb 3 chipsets, so the usb drive cannot be seen. It should work on older use only pcs.
