Magic Home LED Issue - turning off changes color to red instead of turning off

When i turn off the lights using Alexa or the Magic Home App the lights turn red instead of turning off. I did a reboot and also turned the power off but it still just turns to red when it is supposed to be off. This is for my under cabinet lighting. For the lights in the cabinets when i turn them off they do turn off (and not to red). Anyone have ideas how to fix this?
