High Sierra 10.13.6
App shows blank screen
There was a notification in the bottom left corner about getting one month free youtube music but that was it. Clicking either button does nothing.
Was able to log in with my Google account but now clicking on my account avatar does nothing and can't log out.
Can open the search box and type in a search but hitting enter does nothing except enable the back button.
Have you tried reinstalling?
This was on first-time install. Anyways I've switched to YouTube Music's progressive web app. Seems to provide the same functionality.
Did you manage to solve it? I'm thinking about canceling my subscription and just going back to good ol' piracy. It's just not working.
I wanted to try to clear the app cache but I couldn't find it, can anybody tell me how can I do it please?
Also, thanks a lot for this app! While it worked it was awesome! I would love to contribute if help is needed.
I am also experiencing this issue in High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G66)
I am using an Nvidia GPU if that could possibly have something to do with it
Okay, I don't think it's to do with what GPU we are using, I think it's the way WebKit on this particular version of MacOS handles certain aspects of viewing or connecting to the website. Fluid has the exact same issue as this app, yet using Safari or Firefox works completely fine...

Same issue here. MacOS Sierra. Used to work, now just a blank page.
Same issue on macOS Big Sur, sometimes it works sometimes just a totally black window. Also tried reinstalling without success.
I've noticed this happening why I go to the website in Firefox, so it seems to be a YouTube issue
webkit is full of weird flaws tho

With the 1.10 update it won't even load anything for me
I've seen this issue periodically. Usually I can clear it up by right-clicking on the window and choosing Reload.

It's a WebKit issue but there might be something we can do to detect if the content failed and tried to force a reload programatically. If anyone who reliably has this issue is able to test that out, that would help a lot. :)

I downloaded the app today and started having the same blank page issue with macOS 10.13.6 on mid-2011 iMac right away! Thx!
Just try quitting, doing this, and the same thing but it'll say stop.

I tired reloading, but its not working on my MBP(2011) with High Sierra 10.13.6. Last year it was working fine. But works completely fine without any reload on my M1 MacBook.

Same problem here from time to time. Reloading doesn't help, but restarting does.
