fix: update decky-frontend-lib to latest so the UI works again

Due to new release of Steam OS and decky-frontend-lib, we needed to update the decky-frontend-lib version.

Performed a pnpm install, then performed pnpm install [email protected] to get the latest.

Have not modified anything else - functionality is now back to normal
