Hi there , I had same problem that got fixed by simply adding it to login items. Try adding QBlocker to login items as Steve stated on this topic : https://github.com/steve228uk/QBlocker/issues/4

But when i update to MacOS Catalina, it crashes too when clicking Menu icon even if adding QBlocker to login items :(

Maybe...i reinstall the app and add QBlocker to login items then it works

I compiled a version from https://github.com/yasuaki0521/QBlocker which has some more recent updates and bug fixes (whitelist actually works for one), and I bypassed the Login Items check which was causing the crash so you'll have to manually add it to Login Items if you want it to run on startup.
