rtl_power , frequency reporting when using upconverter

Hi, rtl_power needs an option for reporting upconverted (and downconverted) frequencies. i.e. My upconverter adds 125Mhz. It would be nice to see corrected values in the output. I do scans and heatmaps etc and I hate to edit csv manually every time. Thanks. Tom.
