Don't delete station/tag on active transactions

Describe the problem you are trying to solve

If a station or a tag is deleted from Steve during an active transaction, then the station (at least Alfen's) won't be able to communicate new transactions until you clean the memory of the station.

Describe the solution you'd like

Warn the user from deleting a station/tag on active transactions by an alert or modal window.

Describe alternative solutions or features you've considered

• Remove delete buttons
• Have accounts and rights management

thanks. i think we can even extend this to an ocpp tag, because it is the other party participating in a transaction.
