Describe the problem you are trying to solve

Be able to migrate/upgrade an instance (in case of server upgrade for example) without pain (no need for tech skills or database/SQL access)

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to download CSV of:

• Charge points
• Ocpp tags
• Users
• Charging profiles

Be able to upload CSV of:

• Charge points
• Ocpp tags (refer to #870)
• Users
• Charging profiles

The natural id could be:

• ChargeBox ID for Charge points
• ID Tag for Ocpp tags
• email for Users
• ?? for Charging profiles

An option could allow to force or ignore entries in case of duplicate id.

Describe alternative solutions or features you've considered

Do it alone by SQL as #870 propose
