Store station configuration and refresh it periodically

Describe the problem you are trying to solve

Improve the operational monitoring of stations

Describe the solution you'd like

Periodically, GetConfiguration on all available stations and store the result. The result should be available from the station details view.

The frequency rate of the refresh could be done globally and/or on each station.

Extra:

• The history could be managed (x last configurations)
• A event with result content could be generated (included in the mail notification feature)
