Does not work with Gradle projects and/or with multiple Bloop projects

It seems that only the "sbt" and "bloop" projects are supported which is kind of limiting. Also for some reason, only the first project (from the list of projects bloop projects) is selected, which is problematic in a solution with multiple projects. It should select only the bloop project that is relevant to the active buffer file.

I did some changes to my fork (https://github.com/sramekj/neotest-scala/commit/1c022837ec9c902fc1b029ace97f54dc87407443) and it works with my Scala project, however, I am not a lua plugin developer, so it is very rough.

Can you maybe look at it?
