Show client IPs or hostnames in main query list

Open Cnote43 opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

I'd love to be able to see the client IPs in the main query log view, so I can quickly see what a particular client is doing or which clients are active at the time. I know I can tap a specific query and the IP there. If it's a screen real estate issue, then they could just be visible in landscape mode.

Hello @Cnote43 👋 - Thanks for opening an issue!

To be sure, you mean the tabs on the Query Log page that currently show the domain, time and status?

This layout is indeed a subset the web server's one. If you could choose what goes in the subtitle (e.g. the client or reply duration), would that tackle your problem?

Hi Thomas, Thanks for contacting me about the feature request. I love the app and didn't really expect to hear anything. Correct, I was taking about the query log view. As an example, in the attached pic it would be great to be able to see the IP address or hostname of the client where I put the red box, or anywhere in that view. Does that make sense? Just having the option to swap the reply duration with the client IP/hostname would absolutely work for me. Thanks for considering it!Chris
