build fails if ZED_SDK_MINOR !=0, because of invalid figure brackets

The ZED ROS 2 Wrapper does not yet support the ZED SDK v4.1

Yes, but brackets under #if looks like a bug. And when ZED ROS2 Wrapper will be updated to support v4.1?
