This issue includes a fair bit of documentation updating as well. Perhaps just a notice for deprecating, but quite a bit of editing with removal.

Should a `theme_bcmaps()` go in the [`envreportutils` package](https://github.com/bcgov/envreportutils) with other `ggplot2` plotting themes?

I think this would be a great additional helper function in the `bcmaps` :package: @ateucher. I added this enhancement issue to the `v0.2.0` project board. Great idea, thanks @schckngs.

@boshek does {bcmaps} get the Census data from the BC Data Catalogue via {bcdata}?

So maybe the {bcmaps} package should follow the API in the B.C. Data Catalogue, which appears to be a record for each census year? Which I guess is a +1...
