EM algorithm fails to converage : warning message from "ash"

We still got warning message on EM convergence from "ash". A reproducible example is here. This is a code to run the example.

Can you check if you get consistent results after resolving EM convergence issue? The reproducible data is quite large, so you'd better delete it from the repo once you close this issue.
