Frontend CLI for parsing a whole project

Hello How run this library? Its get file and parse file by file, and don't parse a project?

I started moving towards parsing a whole project. You can do it in code by continually parsing using the same Parser. There isn't (yet) a great frontend CLI or anything to use this with.
